Removing Shutdown Button in WinXP Empty Removing Shutdown Button in WinXP

Imong buhaton is tang tangon to ang shutdown button sa inyong pc...

step 1:
goto start -> run -> regedit [mag edit ta sa registry]

step 2:
find "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer"

Step 3:
On the right panel, we will create a new registry
Right Click -> New -> DWORD Value and name it as "NoClose" [without the quotes]

Step 4:
Right click on that registry value then change the value data to 1. Then click OK

Human nimo ug create ana you can click turn off to see if it is working... it is working when a prompt tells you that the shutdown method is cancelled...next restart of the system the shutdown button will be removed in the start menu.

Kun imo gusto i balik, just delete the registry value NoClose then restart ok na na. hehehe

naa man to instruction....hehehe...e-balik ra nimo ang imong gibuhat...delete lang nimo ang DWORD nga imo gihimo...hehehe....kaged jd oi.....

what if the pc has a deep freeze? after reseting it it will go back to normal?

hehehe... naa pud diay registry nga dword

NoDriveAutorun ... don't know sakto ba spelling pero it prevents the drive in performing autorun commands. hehehe nice para prevent virus
